I´m Jan. Entrepreneur, Sparing Partner and Business Consultant. 

My professional career is marked with a fast Track Record in multidisciplinary Project Management, Business Development and Strategic Management. In the past years, I built companies with an agile business approach to support clients with a special need of speed and flexibility. 

I founded JD Ventures to help businesses in their transformation in order to build agile and innovative organizations that are capable and ready to scale their operations. My aim is to push the limits of organizations to the next level and secure effective and successful growth in strategic markets. I developed a unique consulting approach with the right combination of hands-on project support and strategic analysis. In my daily work, I consider the current organization and use my extensive network to build a tailored ecosystem to reach the defined milestones. With transparent controlling tools, together we monitor the defined KPIs and secure the right performance of our common projects. 

My passion is to work with visionary people and push the limits every day. I identify myself with the customer and utilize my hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset to achieve our common goals.
